Apartments: All reservations must be confirmed by credit card and a deposit of the first night accommodation rate is required. Cancellation of a booking for Ballantrae Apartments must be notified three days prior to arrival or you will be charged for the full amount for the duration of your stay. Failure to check-in for your booking will also result in your being charged for the full amount for the duration of your stay. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (e-mail or fax.) This charge will also apply to early departure without 24-hour prior notice. For bookings of 5 nights or more a 50% deposit (of total accommodation) is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 7 days prior to arrival. Any damages/breakages will be charged at the manager's discretion.

* Please note that during July, August, Hogmanay, Bank Holiday and Rugby International Weekends, there will be a minimum length of stay in place and full pre-payment will be required. Ballantrae Hotel and Apartments must be notified of cancellation seven days prior to arrival or full stay accommodation costs will be charged at full rate.*

Group bookings: Group bookings apply to eight or more people, and a 50% deposit is required on all group bookings, with the outstanding balance to be paid fourteen days prior to arrival.

Group Cancellation Policy: Ballantrae Hotel and Apartments must be notified fourteen days prior to arrival or deposit is non-refundable. *This Policy is applied for each month excluding events dates as stated above*.

The Cancellation Policy will be confirmed with your Reservation. Check-in time is from 14.00 and departure time is 11.00. There are no Pets allowed (with the exception of guide Dogs). If complaints arise or any disputes arise which give cause for disturbance, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice being given. The acceptance of your reservation confirms your acceptance of the above terms & conditions.
